My daughter took her car in for overheating. It was under warranty.
They claimed to have fixed it. They didn't fix it, it overheated, and the engine was ruined. We took it back and they kept it for 11 months. She is a single mom and has 2 small boys she needed to take to school and a job she needed to get to. She was refused a loaner. She had to ask for rides and borrow cars from family members. She had to make payments to the bank for a car she couldn't drive for 11 months. It was a battle to even get it back then.
There is more to this story, (11 months worth) but to make a long story short if all this wasn't bad enough she has had to take it back several times since, engine light on, funny engine noise, keeping it for days.
It is now again back at Sisbarro and has been for over a week.
The engine noise became worse and sounded like a diesel engine. The car is still sitting in the same place it was a week ago.
He told her that he would have to see if the car was still under warranty. UNBELIEVABLE Sisbarro also cheated my son and his wife out of 2 vehicles, when they traded both in and Sisbarro later claimed the loan fell through. They had to take the new car back, but Sisbarro had sold their cars. Sisbarro didn't even pay the vehicles off. My son had to pay for their own cars that Sisbarro sold and kept the money.
