I wish to report ILLEGAL activity as a SELLER has REFUSED to ship an item simply because I did NOT gave them a possitive Feedback!!!
I purchased parts for scooter and he is refusing to send those even though PAID via pay-pal.
At this point I am NOT interested in conducting any more business with this unprofessional SELLER but wish to report ILLEGAL conduct as a SELLER via eBay and Pay-Pal rules.
Below an example of his latest communication and THREAT to my person due to my feedback;

You MUST take action on this THREAT received by a SELLER and which PART is NOT to be shipped unless I change my Feedback SCORE!

This is even more amazing! To believe that as a customer you may even kind of THREAT message! Even more so after purchasing a merchandise from your co. On which I am not even claiming a warranty but purchasing parts for which you are here REFUSING to ship!
FORGET about the BEARINGS! I request you reimburse my parts cost $, but even if you don't, I personally won't succumb to this THREAT, on the contrary, will explore any LEGAL consequences as well Business report, including E-Bay by sharing with them this incredible message received from your part.
YOU can't put words in my mouth and as a customer my feedback-comments are exactly what I felt!
I do not even believe I SLANDERED your business!!! I gave a NEUTRAL feedback! And FIRMLY believe on my comments!!!
Since the time of purchased, I called numerous times and left v. Mails? I also send several messages through e-bay and on your site directly.
By the time I received an e-mail response I already had received merchandise.
By the way, I already purchased bearings and installed them, still I stand by the fact that YOU get what you pay for and it is certainly a CHEAP (poor quality) product and believe I was very forgiving on my comments on this respect. Scooter has broken on a daily basis after each repair it may last half a day before another breakdown, and this after only 3-times (days) of use!
I expect a refund of my parts as this also serves as a cancellation for my parts order and I intend on reporting this unprofessional THREAT in a formal manner!
