I ordered a tablecloth from their ebay store on 3/17/06 and paid using paypal within 48 hours. I received the item 3 weeks later, after emailing twice to find out where it was. It arrived too late to use for the event I needed it for, so returned the item and requested a refund.
After 2 follow-up emails to inquire about the refund, I was told on 5/17/06 that their accounting department would issue me a check. After several more email exchanges, I filed a dispute with paypal and issued negative feedback. On 6/9/06, they told me they issued the refund through paypal. On 6/13/06 they had the nerve to ask me to retract the negative feedback. I have sent them several more emails and called their customer service, who insisted they issued a paypal refund yet could not provide a transaction number or date of refund.
I am appalled that this company can be so grossly incompetent, dishonest, or both.
