Asset app. Sent me a letter that i was being sued two months after it had already went to court.in the mean time i moved to mississippi. Asset app. Then garnished my michigan state tax return of 533.00. That messed the state up somehow and the state put a hold on return check. After i got the fixed, they had started a garnishment on my payroll check.
They got 633.00 out of my payroll which was all i owed them. They said i would recieve my over payment in 60days it took them almost 70 then they didn't even send me all that was owed to me. Now when i call them they talk to me as if i don't know what i am talking about when i have it in INK! They claim not to know what is going on and nobody will even try to find out. The last time i called the girl HUNG UP on me. And this is suppose to be a professional company. If you are a lawyer please please help me out.
I want to get them for all they are worth. I am a young mother of 2 and below proverty, the bill in question was from 5 years ago.
