Asset Acceptance
Crooks & Liars. Asking Federal Trade Commission to Shut them down

Asking the Federal Trade Commission to shut down Asset Acceptance for good.

If you are a victim of Asset Acceptance please file a report with the Federal Trade Commission, your State Attorney Generals office, The Better Business Bureau.

Last year I won a case against Asset Acceptance, The court ruled in my favor.

Asset Acceptance did not have any evidence at all to prove a claim that I owed them funds.

So the court ruled in my favor after I proved Asset Acceptance was wrong and that Asset Acceptance had violated multiple Federal Consumer Protection Laws.

Do not let Asset Acceptance take your hard earned money. You have rights but Asset Acceptance will lie and cheat to try and convince you that you owe funds. They buy old outdated accounts from companies for pennies on the dollar and then try and get the full amount from consumers. Asset Acceptance is probably the largest ripoff company in the United States at this time.

The more people that file complaints against them the sooner the government and the Federal Trade Commission will shut them down.

If you have any dealings with Asset Acceptance be sure to do it all by Certified Mail and not by phone. Do not let Asset Acceptance convince you or threaten you ask you for a credit card number or your bank or checking account number. Do not give them any personal banking information at all. Do everything if needed by Certified Mail and keep copies of everything for proof to the courts.

If needed hire a lawyer to fight your case. You have rights and Asset Acceptance will intentionally violate each and every Federal Consumer Protection law there is in attempts to get your hard earned money.

Fight and you will win just like I did.
