Hurley State Bank - Tandy Radio Shack - Asset Acceptance
Letter Claims Debt to Unknown Bank and Radio Shack, Harassment

I recently received a letter from Asset Acceptance LLC stating I owed money to Hurley State Bank and Radio Shack. I have never heard of this bank and I was so dissatisfied with Radio Shack that I have not shopped the store in over fifteen years.

I responded in writing as they have requested me to do, but Asset Acceptance has continued to harass me.
