Ripoff federal law violations

I sent asset acceptance a cease and desist letter. Eight months later they start calling agian. This time for my brother who lives 1500 miles away. Asset acceptance knows he lives in another state. They sued him there.

I told them this was not his number and the next day I got a call from something called Political Call Center in Mesa, AZ. The call was not legitimate. They would not identify themselves and answered my inquireies as to who it was on the line with "so how do you think George Bush is doing?"

Then another call from Asset acceptance a few days later. I again told them this was not his number and not to call here anymore. They verified the number they were calling and said they would not call back. The next day I get a call mumbling something about credit reports and when I asked who it was they hung up. THE Number Came Back Unidentified.

I have contacted an attorney. I have filed complaints with the FTC.
