This company is sueing me for a debt that I did not incur, they have taken me to court and now we have a trial. Asset Acceptance is a total ripoff, they have no documentation stating I owe anything and they want 719.00 from 6 years ago

This company Asset Acceptance states that I owe $719.00 from 6 and 1/2 years ago, that they bought the debt from a phone company but have no bills to prove it. They are a scam and are being investigated by many cities. We have gone to court now I am going to trail to fight this. Beware all do not pay asset acceptance anything
