I need help. I got a summons last Thursday saying I am being sued from Asset Acceptance. I do not know what to do or how to deal with this? I asked them to validate the money owed and to send me something I signed. I never got a response! They are saying I owe almost $9,000 and they are asking for attorney fees and 4% if they get a judgement? OK CONFUSED. My court date is scheduled middle of 2007.
