Online Transaction Delayed Three Days With No Callback

I tried to make an online transaction. It took them 3 days, and they find an excuse for any mistake they make. There is no toll free number and no callback. This is very bad service, even though I have been with them for over 25 years. I have now decided to close all my accounts.
