Online Citibank business account: we are not able to view our current account activity - Citibank

Our online business account with Citibank did not come with the ability for us to view our current account activity, meaning within at least one or two hours of a transaction taking place.
We must wait 24 hours to see if a check cleared, a debit occurred, etc. With Bank of America it is an automatic feature to be able to see up to the minute transactions and balance. Why does Citibank make it difficult to offer this service. And it should be a free serviced or minimal fee of no more than $10.00 per month.
