I was out to dinner when I received a text message from a number: 1 (315) 288 0628. The text said, "Citibank Alert: You have one alert regarding your Citibank account. Please click the link bellow to read it: http://online. Citibank.com.Us. Apo-signin.com".
If you click the link it brings you to a website very similar to the citibank log on website, except it after it asks for your user id and password, it also asks for your CCV code. I decided to check my account from my computer when I got home. I had no alerts or messages of any kind. Plus, the text spelled below with two L's, the phone number that sent it goes strait to a voicemail saying it is not available, and if you try to type the website into your computer search bar, it comes up as not a website. If anyone else received this text I hope they did not provide their information as I am pretty sure this is some type of scam. Hope I saved someone.
