New Account Still Not Activated After 18 Days Waiting

There is no work ethic at Citibank. Never trust the words of a customer executive here. There are no standards like at other reputed banks such as ICICI.

I submitted all my documents for opening a new account, but I waited 18 days and my account has still not been activated.
