I have a Citigold with Citibank in Shanghai. I have this account for the past 4 years. I have been really disappointed as my account has been transferred from branch to branch without my approval and the relationship manager has also been changed without the bank officially informing me. I have written to the bank and it took them more than a month to reply to me and eventually with little sincerity.
I was also told that Citibank in shanghai has no linked with the main Citibank in US, this further make me lose my confidence.
I am totally surprised that Citibank provide such service overseas... And like to highlight my unhappiness.
