I have a Citigold bank account with Citibank Shanghai for past 4 years and my account has been transferred from branch to branch and relationship manager has been changed several times without informing me.
I was told that the change appears in my bank statement and the Citibank Shanghai does not have any link with Citibank in US.
I would like an explanation on the right of the bank to change my account to another branch without my approval. I also like to confirm if the Citibank in Shanghai has any link with the main Citibank.
