Beyond the Rack
Wrong item shipped - Wedge sneakersg

I ordered two pairs of sneakers from beyond the rack... One post arrived after 3 weeks of waiting. The second pair arrived on the fourth week, however instead of the sneakers I ordered and paid for, I received a large striped cheap dress instead. I attempted to contact customer service by email and phone and received no response on the matter. The only phone number I found on the site may as well have been phoney because no one answered.
