Unethical sales and billing practices

Directv needed us to come back a DVR bought for $100 at Bestbuy whenever we ended Directv support 8 weeks before. Our daughter Sarah bought this device as anything to possess, but Directv insisted that it had been a rented recipient which the $100 was a-one time service cost. No agreement was authorized and Sarah wasn't recommended that it had been a rent. She bought this in the register like every additional product getting a bill in the register. The revenue worker suggested that it had been for sale to possess. She might have purchased a competitive Tivo device for some bucks more which she'd still have. It was she is out $100.

Directv shouldn't be permitted to uses these misleading billing methods, and all cash obtained illegally ought to be delivered.
