From 08/30/04 until 01/07/07 I had DIRECTV service in the District of Columbia. I cancelled in January. Even so, DIRECTV kept billing my account directly for ten months, through November. I asked DIRECTV to refund everything billed in that period, a total of one-thousand, three hundred and five dollars and 20/100 ($1,305.20). DIRECTV turned down my request.
