We shifted to Sandpoint, identification from Colorado - and were disappointed when COMCAST was not readily available for our telephone, web and television providers. We approached Frontier (regional telephone supplier) plus they had a bundled deal with Strong TV and Verizon for Internet Providers. We purchased their bundle and also have experienced a rude awakening with DirectTV - after over a period of time of fourteen days, more than 10 hours about the telephone t / their specialized division, installment department and customer support (a lot more like. Your a person, who cares?) we still do not have the providers we required, we're spending money on them-and today they need one more $125.00 therefore, we are able to get what we would like - despite the fact that we were informed we currently taken care of anything. Their customer support perspective is, you closed a two-year agreement - we've you and we are able to handle you exactly how we need. Their employees does not care so when we request to talk to a, they move you and "opps" the point goes dead. Whenever we did obtain a boss, all "Ben" worker # 253788 - stated - Pay us $125.00 - that's your only choice and he put up. DO NOT SIGNAL A CONTRACT TOGETHER - customer support is low-exsistent, specialized support (we'd 2 technicans and also the issue is stillnot solved.) and administration do not care - since you possess a two-year binding agreement. FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER - this is not worth the complications, telephone expenses and restricted support choices.
