I bought three vacations from them with a 100% guaranteed refund within 30 days if not satisfied. I cannot get them to respond now that I wish to cancel. They gave me the wrong phone number, then another wrong number on my credit card statement. I was given another number, and they gave me an email address. I wrote to them, and they said they have no record of me.
Also, the company said they would email me the vacation package and send another hard copy by U.S. mail—neither was sent. I have been trying for a week to get a refund with no response from them to date. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I do have a receipt from them by email (which you cannot respond to) for the charge.
