I cancelled my directv services last week, and told the direct (non) customer service rep to send me a final bill via mail and i'll pay all legitamite charges. She said ok, a few days later 2-22-10, directv charged my account (without my permission), forcing my bank account to be overdrawn. When i called directv the (non) customer service rep stated thats directv's agreement to store credit card information, and charge it when they feel the need without your permission. Ive filed complaints with BBB, and the local atty general, this is illegal, and against the fair billing act, and I cant believe directv is still in business.
