I've a Directv DVD recorder. I also bought the safety strategy from Directv. Once the DVD recorder breakdown, I required a fix or alternative. I had been informed that each DVD recorder that Directv has is has got the same recognized application issue which Directv is focusing on an answer. Virtually no time interval might be provided for when and sometimes even when the issue could be fixed. Directv declined to return the cash I taken care of a safety strategy or substitute the faulty device. I find this to become undesirable.
