In July we ended our support with Directv after ten years. Your gear was delivered and because of payment mistakes I delivered Directv $250.00 bucks they later documented wasn't because of them. Directv proceeds to deliver us a declaration each cash allowing us realize that we're due a reimbursement of $301.80. We've repeatedly named Directv looking to get our cash back. We're guaranteed that they can be delivering our reimbursement however it has become January and we still do not have our cash back. There isn't any reason Directv must maintain my cash for six months.
