July 4 I bought a round trip ticket. Got a one way ticket emailed to me. Have done everything possible on my end, including waiting for Orbitz research team (that I doubt exists) and got no satisfaction. Just to get the problem fixed, I offered to pay for the next available fare! I am now seeking any and all legal avenues to get a FULL refund from Orbitz so I can get the flight I orginally booked. Every day airfare goes higher... Orbitz will never get my business, nor anyone I speak to again!
