I booked a ticket home for xmas through Orbitz. An hour before my flight, I discovered that Orbitz had "lost" my reservation and they had to scramble to rebook my ticket. I was put on hold for over 2 hours and almost did not get on my flight. I was then promised by a woman named Olga that I would be credited the 30 dollar per ticket service fee (a total of 60 dollars) for my trouble. It has been a month and that has not happened. I have called several times and have had equally horrible customer service.
