I recently booked a business trip on Orbitz, and the only ticket I could get at the last minute was non-refundable. Sadly, due to the Iceland volcano, my ticket was cancelled by the airline. Though normally I would take the Orbitz credit toward my next vacation, I had to pay the company back. Orbitz gave me a full refund minus the $10 booking fee. It took about 2 minutes on online chat.
