I booked a flight and hotel through Orbitz to go see my son graduate from boot camp. I found out 48 hours later that something happened and he had to come home. I went back and forth between the airlines & Orbitz and in the end Orbitz is the one who had the power to give me my refund but because of their stupid rules the only option I have is to use the ticket for a future trip. But as if that's not bad enough I have to pay $150 more if its a different destination. I spent over a thousand dollars for this trip and now I have nothing to show for it.
