M&S Email Voucher Not Sent 20 Days After Purchase

Can't get Groupon to send me my M&S email voucher even though it was purchased 20 days ago, do not answer emails and after 30 minutes of holding on a phone line they cut you off. Do we really need a company like this in the UK? Guess I'll just have to get in touch with watchdog and the media!!!
