I purchased an 'end of tenancy clean' via groupon for my flat. When I go to book with the company online, they are now saying that there is a surcharge of £15 for December bookings or weekend bookings. This surcharge was not mentioned when I originally purchased the voucher. I want my money back for this voucher, but don't know what to do.
