Boiler servicing - No response from Groupon - Coupon

As a regular on line Groupon user I had been very satisfied with my previous purchases however last week I purchased a deal for "Boiler servicing" at the cost of £39. On 7/9 the funds were taken from my account. I recieved a confirmation email from groupon advising that I should receive the usual printable voucher. I did not receive the voucher instead I received an email stating that the email address the email had been sent from was no longer valid and was given a new email address. This address was taken from my own address book and is a personal friend. It is not a valid or legitimate address for a third party to use. My friend is concerned that his email address is being used unauthorised by unknown parties and has reported the matter. I have reported this matter to Groupon twice with no response. Yesterday I emailed Groupon again and requested cancellation of the voucher along with a full refund within 48 hours. Groupon have still not responded to any of my emails.
