Christmas lights voucher purchased through Groupon. 2 months on £20 lighter and 18 emails to the distribution company and about 8 to Groupon. (Groupon do not answer emails) Numerous phone calls on hold or even "cut off"Customer service at it's very worst. How can Groupon accept customer money with complete disregard to the behavior of the companies it deals with and then conveniently ignore customer problems.
Having read other reviews, it appears people are losing thousands of pounds through items that never arrive. It feels like customers are being stolen from. Why do Groupon refuse to answer emails?
Groupon really ought to be ashamed of themselves.
