Ordered a voucher for Montcalm Spa from groupon as a Christmas present last year, voucher was valid for 10 months when we went to book the treatments we was told that there was no more places left for that voucher as too many people have booked in, We was advised that they would not extend the date so we should contact Groupon to get our money back, as yet haven't heard anything back and when we ring it's on a premium number and they have you holding on for 20 minutes, I'd never use them again as being ripped off once is enough!!
