It took 9 months of runaround to finally get approved for a modification. Final trial payment made Nov. Permanent mod documents received Dec. Signed, notarized & returned them promptly. Verified documents. Were received in Jan. Received copies of signed documents also signed by bank of America representative. March received letter saying modification denied because I didn't sign & return documents! Started modification process in Nov!!
