My loan was sold to Ocwen by Litton Loan (another ripoff) in December. I requested for a modification in January. I sent in all required documents by fax. From January to March, Ocwen alleged that they never received the documents. But finally March 20, Ocwen called and advised that they received the documents.
Ocwen reveiwed my modification request and denied the request because of my of my salary and my documents showed that really didn't need the modification. WTH!!! How can Ocwen tell me what I need and don't need? I read Ocwen's website and they explained how they help people keep their homes. This is false advertisement and false hope. Ocwen forces people to leave their homes, advising that you have two choices; Deed of Lieu or Short Sale.
Who else is having the same problem? There need to be a class action law suit in order.
