Ihave applied for the modification and have been approved for the HAMP, Ocwen put me on atrial modification for three months November-09, December-09 and January, I have paid all my payments on time, on January-20 Ocwentold me that they have mailed the final modification agreement for me to signand send back, also I have been told to make February payment on time even if Idid not receive the modification documents, I did pay February payment on01-29, I paid same amount as the trial modification as I have beendirected to so, I have never received final documents, so I kept on calling theHome Retention Department at ocwen, and after almost a month I have been toldthat the investor denied my modification but because we offered you themodification we will honor it, I waited to receive the final documents but insteadI received a denial letter, Now they are enforcing a foreclosure, I really cantafford to pay what I have to pay now and need this modification to be able tokeep a roof above my family
