I stopped my SupraTelecom support in middle-Sept, spending my closing (I believed) statement on September 2. Though I had been informed nowadays that the actual closing statement was delivered to me that month, I've no remembrance of getting it. But I subsequently had no more conversation from their store till a telephone call today - five weeks later - from the variety company! This infuriates me. I've a credit rating of near to 800 as well as in thirty years haven't defaulted on any debt. To receive one bill plus one just, without any further conversation is uncommon in my experience. Obviously I'll spend the statement of $45 and change, but I'd like my bitterness of the pitiful mistake put into the numerous grievances from this organization.
