I moved on 5/5/03 and called Supratelecom to disconect phone on 5/6/03. On 6/30/03 I received a bill for May, June And July from them. After talking to Sergio, in customer service, he told me that I was responsible for the bill, even though I had called to disconect service.
"There's nothing I can do for you even though our people didn't do thier job by entering the disconect order in the computer". Is this normal business? The supervisor was not available to talk to me. What kind of ripoff is this???
