Teleflora
Order

I ordered flowers from Teleflora; the flowers were to be delivered April 25th. I had to pay $19.99 for deliver and $6.99 for Saturday delivery. I got an email that they couldn't deliver it until Monday, "as all flowers shops are closed on the weekend" I called flower shops in Phoenix that said had Teleflora and all said they were open. I called customer service, after a hold for 20 minutes. The agent was rude and only wanted to send them on Monday. I reminded her this was a contracted service and as such they violated the contract. They did finally give me refund. DO NOT use them.
