After the hurricane charle my phone stopped working for 3 months. I called supratelecom and spoke with several rep's that didn't help me with the charges they sent me for these months i didn't have the service. Most of the time the csr's didn't allowed me to speak with a supervisor who was at all the times around, have not arrived yet, left for the day etc, etc, i was told that the supervisor will call me and let me know the outcome and i was waiting for 2 months without assistance.
Finally i spoke with some one that put me on hold for 23 minutes and told me that the company will waive $35.00 fee my bill was for $114.00 and they asked me to pay for services that i didn't receive. Most of the time i called the system was down so no one was able to check the system to see the information. This company is missinforme customers in prices that appear later on in your bill and dishonesty is an everyday issue with them when they charge for something that they didn't provide.
This company should be kick out of business.
