I operate from the office at home and was frequently going-over my moments with T-Mobile. They suggested a brand new technolgy and item named T-Mobile at home or T-Mobile @ property. Via a wireless modem a unique mobile phone might get my web sign and all calls could be through the modem and never produce any moments on my statement. Ostensibly for 100 per month I'd unlimited free calls. Effectively the very first month I obtained a statement for 300 because of overages. All calls were produced from house while resting 3-feet in the modem. I settled the statement once they declined to credit me. Many months later the same occurred but this time around for 600.00 value of overages. I went rhough a large number of degrees of support people and nobody might alter my statement. I invested lots of cash to change to some support that doesn't function and today it's on my credit. I'm likely to document a using the greater business agency. T-Mobile is just a frad of the business promoting technolgy that's not steady. I work-in the area of I.T. And so I understand engineering isn't 100%. And so I informed the whole Fortune 500 organization I work with in-network assistance to remain from them. They dropped lots of cash simply because they declined to work well with me after I attempted their new technolgy. It was started in Sept and that I slipped them in September and swwitched to Verizon who've been excellent.
PREVENT T-MOBILE as well as their ATHOME SUPPORT for mobile phones since it doesnt work and they'll not admit this reality.
