Our statement is generally due about the 20th of each month. For my July bill, I had beennot ready to pay for my bill until June 5th, meaning my telephone was disconnected from July 20th until September 5th. Our telephone was reconnected about the fifth of Sept. After I settled my statement, I requested the worker that I compensated with if my expenses could be due about the fifth today rather than the 20th of each month & he said yes. Therefore the 20th of October sheets around & I obtain a text stating that my statement arrives shortly. I ignored it, considering it was an error. So then about the 21st, my cellphone gets disconnected. I call 1-888-8METRO8 from my home & request then what is happening. The person subsequently explained that I ought to have now been educated that there will be a $5 cost to reset my payment period (that we was never advised of) & since I have did not spend that $5, I'd need to spend my statement as well as the $5 to reset my payment period to be able to recover the support to my telephone. The worker held showing me that there is nothing he might do. And so I requested to talk to his boss, who I did so talk to.By this time around I had been livid that I'd paid nearly $60 for 15 times of support, and so I passed my mom the telephone. She talked towards the (intended) vicepresident of the organization (I doubt it) & he explained that there is nothing he might do for me personally till I settled my statement. Therefore my Mother got his title & we are calling the Greater Business Office. I doubt we will get anywhere. But MetroPCS really should not be running a business.
