I had had supra's service for about a year. All was well, until I had to move. I called to give them my new address one month prior to moving. I asked them not to change the number to the new address until the move-in date. Two weeks later, I told them I decided not to move there and gave the my new address, again asking that they not give me service at the new address untl I moved on a given date. Not only did they disconnect my line a week early, but opened the new line at THE OLD ADDRESS I HAD ASKED THEM NOT TO USE.
In the meantime, I had to use my cell phone to receive my calls since they had created chaos. I had a $300 bill on my cell.By the time they connected my new phone, I had had so many more problems with them than I can remember now, including no response from the 'contact us' on their website, that I went to the Coral Gables office.
After waiting an hour, the gentleman there was extremely competent and kind. He input all of my woes with the company on their in-house internet report and asked that I be given credit, but to date, nothing. No call, no credit. I am now searching for a new phone company.
