Firestone's "Complete Auto Care" is not what you think! I brought in my Beetle with the engine light on. Guess what, Firestone doesn't pull codes. I ended up towing it back home and subsequently sold it to Wheelzy, whose tower repaired it and listed it for sale on FB. The tower repaired something that Firestone couldn't, which is disappointing. I don't recommend Firestone to anyone. Use mobile mechanics instead.
