Well, Like so many other tenants, my roommate and I were duped into signing in with this utility serice because this was the Company our Apartments used.
Mysteriously month after month, our utility bill has increased for a one bedroom apartment. We are never home during the day b/c we both work full time jobs. We are even rarely there during the evening's. We also have no washer or dryer installed, and that's why we are so furious about our bills increasing! We even requested a meter reader to come our and look at our meters.
The company never investigated it properly, nor contacted me about it. They said I would have to take this up with my rental property. After further investigation I noticed our billing dates were incorrect. We were never even mailed our bills until after the due date, which mysteriously made us inoccur a LATE fees.
I feel we are being gouged for our utility service and we will be investigating this company further! So beware!
