AUM is a scam! This billing company claims to base our water bill on the water usage. However the water meters are not working! My bill was initally no more than $30.00 Now my bill has increased up to $66.00. I llive with only myself and my 6yr old child. This company has falsified documents claiming actual meter usage, yet the meter does NOT work! Every time I call to complaintn, i am bounced from one person to another and the issue is never resolved. Beware of this company! They will scam you!
