Cic Credit Monitoring Or Consumer info fraudulent charge to account without my knowledge Orange County

I was checking my checking account as I do everynight online, and I discovered that I had a charge for 9.95 on my account from cic. I immediatly checked my email to see if I had received some verification about a charge to my account. Of course, there was none.

I never authorized any charge from cic to my account and until i did a web search on the company, I didn't even know who cic was.
