This report is about bad customer service and bad management of Mckinney Park Apartments. A huge difference can be seen regarding management and customer service related issues between old and new management of the company. Especially, staff in the front office don't pay full attention to residents' complaints. This report has been written on 24th March, and is based on what we have experienced. I don't know about other residents, but I am sharing my own feelings and experience.
Nobody takes fast action after getting any maintenance complaints from the residents. Even if it is any urgent and emergency maintenance matter, they don't send any person to fix the problem. There is a huge communication and coordination gap between front end staff and upper management. Sometimes, they send wrong notices to residents like "Rent is not paid yet" etc. Even after paying rent, how will any resident feel after getting "Rent not paid" and "Eviction" notices?
Whenever we file any maintenance complaint, receptionist sitting in the front office tries to give her own dumb suggestions instead of taking complaint seriously. For example, one day, we filed complaint about problem in our sink in the kitchen. We told them that we are not able to use water from the sink. Receptionist told us that why we don't use dish washer? Problem in the sink and water leak was not a big deal for her.
Sometimes, even after many days of reporting maintenance request, they don't send maintenance people to fix the problem regardless how serious the matter is. When we call in the front office, receptionist always try to give her own dumb suggestions or just talk very rudely saying she can not do anything etc. I never heard her saying like "Sorry for inconvenience", "She will try as quick as possible" etc.instead of listening to the problem, she always say things like, "why we don't do this" etc.
Previous management was very fast, respectful, and customer oriented, but after changing the management few months ago, situation is not hopeful or good.
