I ordered two items and paid one shipping cost. That to me was sort of an incentive to buy. No way would I consider paying $10.00 shipping for one item! I finally received the first item after SIX WEEKS. Then, after EIGHT WEEKS they claim they cannot get the other. My refund was only for the amount I paid the second item-NOT any portion of the shipping.
When I called Customer Service I was confronted by hostility. The rep thought I was completely unreasonable and she was very sarcastic. She said no one else complains about this issue. Well just look at the complaints page - there are many! I told her NEVER AGAIN will I buy from BTR - she said that was "just fine with her".
