Since new management has taken over billing and payment of water and sewage utilities, the residents have been charged, double to triple amounts on their bills. When questioned about the amounts the office will reduce some of the bills, but not everyone. For example, the office threatened to hold a particular rent check until something was paid on the wayer/sewage bill. Most residents are very strssed and frustrated with getting no reasonable explanation from the office, only promises that this matter will be resolved "soon". So far, we are on the fourth month of inconsistent water bills, and we would like someone to take initiarive and really take care of the issue at hand.
