NCM Management Ltd - Colony Ridge Apartments - Nicole Moss Repossessed Dumpsters, Water threatened to be shut off, no maintenance staff, vandalized buildings, broken security gates, no emergency maintenance available

This management company seems to be abandoning our complex. I have lived in Colony Ridge Apartments for years. Never have I seen it get this bad. We recently had a meeting in August. Our manager on staff Shekita Renwick indicated that every thing was fine. She squashed rumors about the water being cut off and indicated that it will take the whole community to assist with the efforts of turning the complex around.

Less than a week later, our trash bins were repossessed. A note was placed in our breezeway wall indicating that the bins were taken away for cleaning and will be returned in 5 to 7 business days. The state inspector continued to frequent the area taking pictures and shaking his head. It was not until October 2 that we finally had our bins returned.

Trash was stacked all across the apartment complex. The smell was unbearable. I had to purchase my own trash container and wheel it to the nearest commercial dumpster outside of our complex.

Landscaping was no longer and is still not being done. We have tall grass and out of control brush across the complex. No maintenance staff is on duty at all. It seems that the complex is not being clean nor are there repairs being done in the units. Air conditioners are being stolen from units, the security gate has been broken for over a year, the fences are being cut while strangers are using this to cross over into our complex.

We still have trash being piled up in some areas due to our not having enough trash bins in the area. The management company has been contacted by many residents, but we are not getting calls back at all.

The management at the complex continues to lie and not tell the residents what is actually going on. Even if she does not know what is going on, she could at least still let us know even that. Do not lie... If the company is going to close, let us know.

Do not take our rent and then put us out, or continue to lease to people knowing the company is going down. Why are we paying rent for services we are not getting. This is a total rip off.

A class action law suit should be done.
